Another ride up Mt. Lemmon. This time with Bugs Springs on the way down, where I had to break hard to avoid a snake. I am learning that my legs hurting is correlated with lack of electrolytes – and is easily fixed with water, SaltSticks, and a half-hour break. No flat tires this time; just a good ride and plenty of day dreaming under trees, listening to birds, and getting better at riding my bike.
